This is a smaller to medium sized board, made from a single piece of wood. It's a great size for most kitchen tasks. This board is made in hard maple, cherry or black walnut.
Facet board has chamfered edges and a hook for hanging. The large handle makes it comfortable to for lifting and gives the profile an elegant curve. Shown with the curved board and the small end-grain board for size comparison.
The board is about 17"x9" and .75" thick.
Please allow 1 week for fulfillment, as edges are finished to order. If the product is sold out, pre-orders are available. Allow 2-3 weeks for pre-order fulfillment.
Care
End-grain cutting boards are made from natural materials. They need just a bit of care and attention to keep in great working condition.
When washing your board, rise both sides and set on a flat surface to dry.
If the board is looking chalky or feeling rough, add some General Term cutting board oil - included with your order - to help refresh the wood. If you run out of the cutting board oil, you can purchase more here (hyperlink?).
Please do not use the cutting board as a trivet, and do not put into the dishwasher - it won’t survive the experience :(
